Radical Domain Films was born in 2002 in Helsinki Finland, Founded by Director / Executive Producer Heke, Who made his first Stop Frame Animating Film at the age of 10, using an 8mm Bolex Camera.

He attended the Paris Film Institute Lumiere and further studied in Germany before moving to work in Helsinki Finland, where he stayed and developed as a Film Director / Executive Producer for 14 years. He then moved to Hamburg Germany to combine his Scandinavian film style with German precision. Thereafter, he created Fashion Advertising in Milan Italy, before heading to Japan, Singapore and China, where he directed major campaigns such as Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and help develop and Produce a Reality Show for a Prestigious Food Channel. He is now based in London UK. Where he is CEO / Executive Producer and Director at Radical Republic Films.

Radical Domain Films, produced their first campaigns for LEAF, Coca Cola, Saku Breweries and Statoil, which became almost immediate success.

By combining creative forces with the highly creative team of Leo Burnet Kontür, their first 3 consecutive campaigns knock the door into accolades of advertising film festival awards, that created a solid platform to launch into an endless trip of over 10 years of Producing and Directing films literary all over the world for various markets including: Australia, Japan, USA, UK, Mexico, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, France, Lebanon, Italy, Germany, Finland, Romania, Estonia, India, The United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Turkey, Egypt, The Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Russia, China and Canada.

Heke in command of Radical Domain Films, have won many prestigious Advertising Awards, such as the Grand Prix (Grand Cristal) in 2006-07, and has also been shortlisted as a Finalist in the Cannes Lions film Festival, while achieving several Gold and Silver Prizes on the International Festival Scene.

Most recently we were part of a British Bio Documentary Feature Film project, which won in 2013, film awards at the prestigious New York City and Ischia International Film Festivals. (Editing, Directing-VFX, Cinematography and Grading)

 

We are a Film Boutique which offers a 360 degrees production service, in a diversity of budgets, from planning to final mastering and all in between.

We provide diverse directing styles, from great storytelling to high end Fashion campaigns.

 

We have recently covered both of the current Fashion Weeks and produced a retrospective in honour of the late Lee Alexander McQueen in London, something we are proud and humbled to have had the opportunity to work on.

We have maintained our passion for Diverse Visual Projects and we definitely love making small movies to sell products elegantly and effortlessly, while developing our third Feature Film.

 

Thanks to our highly talented Executive Producer Sara Shen, the newest addition to the team, Radical Domain Films have a solid based in Asia. Sara Shen is our new CEO and its also running our Beverly Hills Office which just opened mid 2014.
